Dear DL Students,

Following requests from a number of DL students, I wish to share the following clarifications on the December 2021 examination timetables and examination sitting:

  1. Final Examination Timetables for ALL DL Programs have been shared in the e-learning portal main menu inside the folder named FINAL DECEMBER 2021 DL EXAM TIMETABLES.
  2. Final SOB BCOM / BPL Timetable has been updated to include the Full Time timetables for the sake of those whose units are either missing or clashing in the BCOM BPL MAIN WKD&DL (which is the main sheet that ALL BCOM/BPL Students should refer to).
  3. In relation to No. 2 above, ALL BCOM HR Specialization Students should check the BCOM TOWN PT&DL sheet for any units missing in the BCOM BPL MAIN WKD&DL sheet. ALL BCOM Marketing Specialization Students should check the BCOM PT&DL MAIN sheet for any units missing in the BCOM BPL MAIN WKD&DL sheet. ALL BPL Students should check the BPL MAIN PT&DL sheet for any units missing in the BCOM BPL MAIN WKD&DL sheet.
  4. The sheets are labelled according to the campuses where the exams will be taking place e.g. TOWN means the exams shall be done in Town Campus (Monrovia Street) while MAIN means the exams shall be done in Main Campus (Ruaraka).
  5. MSC Commerce & MBA Corporate Students will write their exams in both Town Campus (Weekday Exams that fall from Monday to Friday) and Main Campus (Weekend Exams that fall on Saturdays and Sundays). Check your respective unit in the shared timetable for exact timing.
  6. Diaspora Students will sit their exams according to the timings in the shared timetables that apply to their Kenyan Colleagues.
  7. ALL students are strongly advised to download and double check the timetables to confirm timings of their respective units.
  8. Online Special Exam Forms will be shared in due course to be filled by students who can't sit their exams for a valid reason.
  9. Students who haven't collected their Student IDs yet will be allowed access to the examination rooms using their National IDs alongside their Printed Exam Cards as downloaded from the Student Portal.
  10. Keep checking the News Bulletin for any warranted updates and clarifications on the timetables and the ongoing exams.

Kind regards
